Shipping Costs

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders, regardless of your location. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.

 

Handling & Processing Time

Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our facility. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Estimated Transit (Delivery) Time

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • USA: 7-21 business days
  • UK: 5-7 business days
  • EU: 3-7 business day
  • Rest of World: 10-30+ business day

 

Wrong Information Input / Order Cancellation

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. We do our best to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible, so there is only a 6-hour time frame where the wrong information inputted can be corrected or an order can be canceled.

Lost / Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package is still being delivered after 20 days, please contact us at support@zerodropgear.com and we will work together to resolve your issue. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it directly to the shipping carrier.
